Staff Report / Uticalocal.org

The Midtown Utica Community Center (MUCC) announced that it has raised a total of $35,705 during the Mohawk Valley Gives campaign, which took place from September 16th to 22nd. The fundraising effort gathered support from 163 different donors.

The MUCC team expressed gratitude to all contributors, stating that each donation will significantly aid in serving the community and enhancing programs for children and families.

Plans are underway to renovate the center's building, which is currently in disrepair, into a more accessible and safe space for the community. The MUCC team is looking forward to this new chapter and the positive impact it will have.

This fundraising initiative was powered by the Community Foundation. The MUCC community appreciates the support and generosity shown during the campaign.
