Penn Yan, NY – YMCA Camp Cory is thrilled to announce some of its standout staff members returning for the highly anticipated Summer 2025 season. With years of camp experience and energetic passions, these individuals are ready to make this summer unforgettable for campers.

### Carolina Cuoto – Senior Counselor

Carolina Cuoto, from Syracuse, NY, is gearing up for her sixth summer at Camp Cory and her second year on staff. A senior at Jamesville-Dewitt High School, Carolina will begin her next chapter at Boston College this fall. Beyond camp, Carolina thrives in competitive dancing and is currently aiming to master the art of extreme yo-yo. Known for her playful creativity, she can even "talk with all the fairies in Keuka Lodge," bringing an extra spark of magic to camp life. Carolina also has a strong passion for travel and looks forward to visiting Iceland in the future.

### Alexa Perez – Senior Counselor

Hailing from Bernardsville, NJ, Alexa Perez is making her return as a Senior Counselor for her second year on staff. Alexa has been part of the Camp Cory family for eight summers, enjoying the beauty of Keuka Lake. A senior at Villa Walsh Academy, she excels as a member of her school’s paddle and lacrosse teams. Alexa is an avid sports fan rooting for both the Buffalo Bills and New Jersey Devils. When she’s not engaging in sports, Alexa enjoys surfing, hiking, skiing, cooking, and spending quality time with loved ones. Her enthusiasm promises to bring vibrant energy to this year’s camp.

### Lucy Saldana – Junior Counselor

Stepping into her first year as a Junior Counselor, Lucy Saldana, from Hyattsville, MD, is no stranger to Camp Cory with ten summers under her belt. Last year, she served as a CIT/Intern, gaining valuable experience that prepared her for this new role. As a high school junior and soccer team captain, Lucy balances her time between athletics, baking, crafting bracelets, and joining school clubs. Her dedication to creativity and leadership ensures she’ll be an inspiring member of the team.

Camp Cory is proud to welcome back these talented and passionate individuals. Their diverse talents and shared love for camp life promise to make Summer 2025 an adventure to remember.
