**Event Highlights the Role of Public Relations in the Suffrage Movement**

CANANDAIGUA, NY – On Monday, March 10, from 5:30 to 6:30 PM, Wood Library will host an insightful program titled *"Crafting the Narrative: The Role of Public Relations in the Suffrage Movement"*. The discussion will be led by Professor Arien Rozelle of Syracuse University, who will shed light on how early suffrage activists developed groundbreaking communication strategies to advance their cause.

Professor Rozelle will explore how suffrage leaders like Susan B. Anthony used compelling narratives and sophisticated message campaigns to reshape public opinion and drive social change. These efforts laid the groundwork for modern public relations techniques, even before the field of public relations was formally recognized.

This free program reveals how these historical campaigns can provide valuable lessons for today's communicators and advocates working toward social change.
