Sisters Brisa Verdugo and Brizeiry Ochoa are making significant contributions at Frances J Warren Elementary School, which is part of the Tucson Unified School District (TUSD). Brisa is serving as a counselor, while her younger sister Brizeiry is working as a teacher’s assistant. Brizeiry, who is new to the role, has previously worked alongside their mother. Brisa, who is nine years older, enjoys watching Brizeiry adapt to her first job and appreciates the meals their mother sends along with her sister to work. Brisa expressed hope that Brizeiry may consider pursuing a career in teaching in the future.
