Bend-La Pine Drivers Place at State Road-eo

Bend-La Pine Schools said its Transportation team tested its skills at the 2026 Oregon Pupil Transportation Association Statewide Road-eo at the end of May, and several drivers earned spots at Nationals.

The district said the annual competition highlights the knowledge, precision, and safety expertise of school bus drivers from across Oregon. It said the drivers who qualified will compete at Nationals alongside top drivers from across North America.

Bend-La Pine Schools thanked its Transportation team for their dedication and care on the road each day and for helping keep students safe and supported on their journeys to and from school.

Fayetteville Fire attends water rescue conference
