CivicCLP is hosting a screening of "The Street Project" documentary on Saturday, October 5th, at the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh’s Main branch in Oakland. This event is part of the Week Without Driving initiative.

The documentary highlights a global movement aimed at making streets safer for everyone. It features an exploration of cycling-friendly cities in Europe and discusses the challenges faced in cities like New York and Phoenix, Arizona. The film provides insights on how America can rethink and redesign its streets for improved safety.

After the screening, representatives from Complete Streets will engage the audience in a discussion about the documentary and share their expertise on creating safer streets within local communities.
