Bangor Police Promote Kindness with Duck of Justice
Staff Report / Bangorlocal.org
The Bangor Police Department has shared a message featuring the "Duck of Justice," reminding residents to keep their minds to themselves, learn to do things independently, and be kind to one another. This message is part of an ongoing effort to engage the community and promote positive interactions.
Retired Lieutenant Tim Cotton commented on the preservation of past email correspondence that survived a technical issue after his retirement in 2022. He expressed a determination to investigate the matter further.
In other community news, Marilyn Sullivan shared her experience visiting Bangor. While visiting, she noted a serendipitous connection with Melodie, also known as QOTFD, who is from nearby Whitehall, Pennsylvania. Sullivan mentioned Nazareth, Pennsylvania as home to the Martin Guitar factory, a well-known brand, though neither she nor her husband, Chuck, play guitar. She humorously noted that their trips often coincide with rain, a consistent feature of their travels.
