The Commission on Cultural Development in Bangor will hold a meeting on Friday, October 4, at 8:30 a.m. The meeting will cover several agenda items including ARTober, a Public Restroom Art Project, a Pickering Square Art Installation, and a Sidewalk Art Festival Art Installation.
