Genealogy Roundtable Explores New Family History Resources
The Geneva Public Library in Geneva, NY will host a Genealogy Research Roundtable on Saturday, January 17 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. The event, titled “There’s More Than One Way to Climb a Family Tree,” will be held in the Local History Alcove.
Librarian and genealogy expert Sara Greenleaf will present strategies to help participants find and evaluate lesser-known yet reliable resources for family history research. The session aims to show attendees how to refine their research skills and explore additional tools beyond the well-known databases such as Ancestry and FamilySearch.
The program is designed for both beginners and experienced family historians interested in expanding their research methods and uncovering new paths in their family stories.
