YMCA Launches Spring Break Vacation Fun Club

The YMCA of the Greater Tri-Valley is now accepting registrations for its Vacation Fun Club during spring break from April 18th to 25th. The daily program runs from 7 AM to 6 PM and is available for children in Kindergarten through 12th grade. Participants will take part in a variety of activities, including arts and crafts, physical fitness, science, character development, outdoor play, and visits from special guests.

The schedule includes special themes for each day of the week:

• Friday, April 18th: Easter Fun

• Monday, April 21st: Mindful Monday

• Tuesday, April 22nd: Plants, Seeds & More

• Wednesday, April 23rd: Spring Sports Day

• Thursday, April 24th: Tie Dye Day – participants should bring a clean white shirt

• Friday, April 25th: Animal Planet with a visit from Utica Zoo Mobile

Parents are advised to send children with a nutritional lunch, healthy snacks, a water bottle, swimsuit, towel, sneakers, clothes for outdoor play, and an extra set of clothes.

Full-time YCare participants will pay the regular weekly fee. The program fees for non-YCare participants are $55, while non-members will be charged $65. A discount of $10 is available for a second child.
