The Copper Sky Recreation Complex has announced that there will be no META Copa Training until November 14, 2024. In the meantime, residents are invited to join Wanda for a Power Yoga class every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00 PM, starting October 8, 2024.

Power Yoga is described as a vigorous, dynamic class that combines breathing and movement with tools such as weights, resistance bands, balls, blocks, and straps. The class is designed to promote total body wellness by building strength, toning muscles, and increasing stamina. Participants must be at least 16 years old to attend.
