The Utica Public Library in Utica, New York, said its Adult Summer Reading Program begins on Sunday, June 28. This year’s theme is “Unearth a Story.”

The library said participants can take part in a Summer Reading Challenge by building a collectible keychain all summer long. The library listed three steps: read 2 hours and log it by filling out the Adult Summer Reading Tracker; visit the library to choose a new charm for the keychain; and build a collection over the summer by repeating the process.

The library said starting next week, people can stop by the library to pick up their Adult Summer Reading Tracker. It also said the tracker can be filled out by visiting the library’s website homepage at http://www.uticapubliclibrary.org.

The library said the summer program will also include movies, lectures, and hands-on activities that explore paleontology, archaeology, nature, and adventure. The post said, “Stay tuned.”
