Geneva Library Offers Hands-On Cooking Classes
The Geneva Public Library in Geneva, NY is hosting hands-on cooking classes called Simply Homemade this January. The library is offering two sessions for children in grades 2–5. These sessions will take place on Monday, January 12 and Wednesday, January 14 from 4:30 to 6:00 PM. Children will learn easy, kid-friendly recipes that use everyday ingredients.
A session for teens in grades 6–12 is scheduled on January 15 at 3:30 PM. This class will teach practical cooking skills and include recipes that use simple, common ingredients.
The cooking classes are funded by the Wyckoff Family Foundation and are popular, with limited spots available. To register for a session, interested families should visit the Geneva Public Library website at gplny.org.
