**Redmond Firefighter Michael Kienzle Diagnosed with Leukemia; Community Rallies in Support**

Bend Fire & Rescue has shared news of a local hero, Michael Kienzle, a firefighter from Redmond, Oregon, who has recently been diagnosed with leukemia. Kienzle has dedicated his career to safeguarding the community, and now, as he begins his treatment, he and his family are facing significant challenges.

To help support Michael and his family during this difficult time, a GoFundMe campaign has been launched. The fundraiser aims to assist with the financial burdens his family may encounter throughout his treatment and recovery.

Michael's colleagues and the broader Bend-Redmond community are coming together to show strength and solidarity for him and his loved ones. Anyone wishing to contribute can do so through the GoFundMe page.
