**Teen Yoga Session to Be Held at Geneva Public Library**

The Geneva Public Library will host a Teen Yoga session on Thursday, March 6, at 3:30 PM. Led by Vanessa from Harness Yoga, this introductory session is open to students in grades 6 through 12.

Participants will have the opportunity to explore yoga, which is known to promote flexibility, strength, and balance while also encouraging mindfulness and helping manage stress. This non-competitive activity aims to build self-esteem and body positivity, making it a great fit for teens.

Registration is required for attendees. Those interested can sign up by visiting the Geneva Public Library’s website at gplny.org.

For younger participants, another class, Bedtime Yoga, will be held for grades K-5 on Friday, March 7, at 5:30 PM. Registration details are the same for this session.
